This was a study designed to assess constitutional, legal and policy frameworks for fair contracting and effective extractive natural resources revenue management in Eastern Africa. This involved reviewing laws and policies on natural resources governance in Burundi, DRC, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda, preparing a training program and conducting a training of MPs in Eastern and Southern Africa in Lusaka Zambia.
