Tango Consult (T-Cons) is an applied market, socio-econ-legal research and consultancy company founded by Ugandans, South Sudanese and Kenyan professionals. It is registered both in Uganda under registration instrument no. 184899 and South Sudan under registration instrument No. 14901. With head office in Kampala, T-cons has offices in Juba, South Sudan and operates in 5 East African Community Countries and IGAD region.

T-cons was established in 2010 and first registered in 2012 as Amani Royale Ltd and re-registered in 2014 as Tango Consult Ltd as part of the re-branding and growth process. The founders, promoters and directors have vast experience in research, criminal justice, rule of law, business, development, project management, natural resource governance, good governance and law.

We have vast experience in market research, product testing, baseline surveys, assessment studies, transnational crime and criminal justice studies, capacity building of law enforcement agencies, drafting of laws and policies, working with national and regional police including Interpol/EAPPCO and other law enforcement agencies.

We have experts and good network in all IGAD and EAC countries that enables us to implement projects with ease. We have a team of internal and external experts and associates that we use for our projects
