T-cons conducted a study to assess types, actors, threats, trends, impact and mechanisms used to address transnational crime and terrorism in EAC region. The study involved review of available reports, preparation of study instruments, key stakeholder consultations (FGDS, IDIs and workshops), preparation of country reports, development of consolidated report and validation workshop. T-cons led a team of 3 experts to undertake the assessment and prepared the report.
